All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases made on AromaFragrances.in, including orders for perfumes, essential oils, fragrance oils, carrier oils, seed oils, floral oils, wood oils, butters and aroma accessories.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, customers are requested to review their order details carefully.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests for orders that have not yet been processed may be reviewed at our discretion.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue and packaging. After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, where applicable.
